Shipping & Return Policy

Overview

Each ceramic piece is individually handcrafted and one of a kind. Once a piece is sold, it will not be reproduced. We take exceptional care in packaging and shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product listing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently only ship within the United States (except Hawaii). Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is possible within a 15 mile radius of Encinitas. A delivery fee of $ 10 will be charged for an order under $ 150. Delivery is free if the order is above $ 150.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment in Encinitas.

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • You will receive an email within 1–2 business days to schedule a pickup time.

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days unless prior arrangements are made.

Please bring your order confirmation email at pickup.

Packaging & Insurance

All items are carefully wrapped and double-boxed when necessary. Shipped orders are insured for their full purchase value.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your tracking shows a delay, please contact the carrier first. We are happy to assist with claims if needed.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Policy

As each piece is unique, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges accepted as each piece is one-of-a-kind, even when there is size or color variation.
